Abstract
Anime has become an integral part of global popular culture, particularly in Japan, significantly influencing the entertainment industry and youth culture. One of the popular products stemming from the anime phenomenon is action figures, which are highly coveted by fans across the world. As e-commerce continues to expand, online stores have become the preferred platform for consumers to purchase these action figures. However, a key challenge in e-commerce is offering relevant product recommendations to consumers. This research focuses on designing and implementing an e-commerce website for action figures using the Collaborative Filtering method. This approach enables the system to recommend products based on the preferences of other users with similar interests. The website is developed using PHP, CSS, and JavaScript, with the Bootstrap framework employed for the user interface design. User feedback was collected via Google Forms to assess the website's effectiveness. The findings indicate that the website successfully assists users in discovering and purchasing action figures that align with their preferences.
