Abstract

The corporate performance is reviewed at three levels, i.e. financial performance, operational performance, and behavioral performance. The financial and operational performance showed improvements, however, the value of the company to the stakeholders was low, further the employee turnover was quite high. The analysis shows (1) corporate financial ratios are not satisfactory and below the standard to the competitor, (2) the EVA of the company showed negative amount and indicating decreasing value of the corporation to the stakeholders, and (3) the performance of the employee was not satisfactory as indicated by the employee satisfaction model tests shows close relationships between employee loyalty and commitment with the corporate financial performance. With these conditions, the company should pay more attention to the improvement of employee loyalty and commitment by improving their financial and non financial satisfaction to motivate them to improve the corporate financial performance; on the other side, the company should restructure its cost structure and expand the market to improve the corporate financial performance.
