Abstract

This research is a normative empirical aims to determine what Land Reform Law applied in Yogyakarta and to find out how the implementation of the Land Reform Law in Yogyakarta. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the research literature. To complete the secondary data used primary data collected from field research. The data is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods.The result of this research indicate that the Land Reform Law is applied in Yogyakarta old legal provision made by local goverments in the form of DIY Rijksblad and national legislation is the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). The existance of a second application of the rule indicates that the application of duality occurs in DIY Land Reform Law. Keywords: Application of the Law, Land Reform Law, Yogyakarta
