Abstract
Based on the results of data collection at the Bahagia Health Center, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency, in 2021 the number of Ante Natal Care was 2,310 people, the Number of Intra Natal Care was 2,204 people, the Number of Post Natal Care was 2,204 people, and Newborns was 2,209 people. From these data there are no MMR and IMR deaths in the Happy Health Center area, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency in 2021. However, there are still many pregnant, postpartum, or new mothers who have not received sustainable health services or holistic care. As a result, health workers in the regions need to reach out to the community. This case study is to Carry out COC Midwifery Care for Ny. S uses a unique approach in managing midwifery care Mrs. S aged 32 weeks of gestation with G2P1A0, the pregnancy process takes place physiologically but there are still many complaints such as pregnancy with vaginal discharge which can be treated with complementary therapy of betel leaf boiled water to wash the genitals, During labor baby Mrs. S was born spontaneously with a female sex, BB 2500 grams, PB 48 cm. At the postpartum visit, the process of uterine involution was going well, complementary lactation massage was given to increase the mother's milk production and at the neonatal visit By. Mrs. S was treated with infant massage to increase the birth weight of babies close to the low threshold. The author has carried out continuous midwifery care (COC) for Mrs. S who gave birth normally at a health facility after the mother's complaints during the third trimester were resolved, during the postpartum period the mother did not find any problems that interfered with her health, and babies during neonatal visits received good care as seen from the baby's weight increases according to age indicating that the milk that the baby Ny. S enough.
