Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of leadership and work
motivation on room division department employees performance and this research
is located at Js Luwansa Hotel And Convention Center Jakarta. The research
method used in this study is Quantitative Descriptive with primary data are 32
questionnaire respondents who are employee on room division department at JS
Luwansa Hotel and Convention Center Jakarta. Then processed using the SPSS
application using model feasibility tests, classical assumption tests and multiple
linear regression tests. This study found that leadership and work motivation
variables had significantly affects employees performance at Js Luwansa Hotel And
Convention Center Jakarta.
