Abstract

American feminsm tried to improve the women’s position in American society. The
intended aim of the movement was to change the sexist bias of traditional educational
and social practices in America. As the feminine perspective movement developed
in America, I try to analyze it using the descriptive qualitative method. The feminist
theories offered a positive image of women in art and therefore in life, and also to raise
the consciousness of women to their own oppression.
