This research discusses the perspective of road users on

Perception, Traffic,
electronic ticketing in Mampang Prapatan. At this time,
the level of use of private transport is increasing, causing
Electronic
congestion everywhere. So that the level of traffic
Ticketing
violations also increases. There fore the government made
an innovation by utilising technology in this modern era.
Namely, ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement).
This aims to make it easier for traffic police to follow up
on traffic violators. The purpose of this study is to
determine how road users perceive the implementation of
e-tickets and to determine the level of road user
compliance with e-tickets. The research method used is a
qualitative research method with a descriptive approach.

The theory used is symbolic interaction theory according to Herbert Blumer. Blumer suggests there are three main
principles of symbolic interactionism, namely about
meaning, language, and thought. The result of this study
is that road users' perception of electronic tickets is a good
innovation and can make it easier for traffic police to
discipline traffic. In addition, with the existence of
electronic tickets, road users are more obedient to traffic
rules. So that road users' compliance with traffic rules
becomes more obedient
