Abstract

Proses produksi harus dipertahankan dalam waktu yang lama pada setiap harinya
untuk mencapai produktivitas yang tinggi dan mencegah kegagalan atau kerusakan
mendadak pada mesin CNC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memantau kondisi
produksi kedua mesin CNC secara bersamaan menggunakan Internet of Things
(IoT) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Setiap data yang diperoleh dari dua mesin
CNC dikirim langsung ke database secara real time. Dari hasil penelitian
menghasilkan bahwa dengan data yang diperoleh dapat mengidentifikasi kondisi
masing-masing mesin CNC secara real time dan sekaligus memantau hasil produksi
kedua mesin CNC untuk peningkatan produktivitas dengan mengirimkan laporan
secara otomatis pada setiap pergantian shift kerja.
