Abstract
The condition of building and infrastructure supportive to Indonesian migrant workers returing home are critical to provision of better services. The study explores this issue by examining Selapajang transite site at Tangerang, Banten Province. The study foccus on services provided by BNP2TKI. Results of the study shows there is a significant level of satisfaction felt by the Indonesian workers and that they express their support of the exsistence of the site, with the need for some improvement and optimation of the function site by BNP2TKI.
