Abstract
The conflicts that happened in Congo had resulted sorrows for the people, including medical access, food, settlement that causes fears. Those fears had caused many of the Congo people to migrate to other countries to find for protection, so that it had caused a high percentage of migration. In order to solve the conflict in Congo that had resulted many losses of lives and also resulted many of the people to evacuate because of losing their homes, then African Union as a regional organization, also Congo as a member of African Union, needs to facilitate along with the other international organizations to hold the Pretoria Accord Agreement, between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda as a part of the peace treaty between the two countries, also including the ethnics from the two countries that had suffered arm conflicts, where in this treaty is a treaty of cease fire, to reduce and to stabilize security aspects in Congo.
