Abstract
The Election Commission has already set elections to elect the president and vice president. At the same time, the people elect members of the House of Representatives, members of the Provincial People's Representative Council, and regencies/cities. Not only that but members of the Regional Representative Council were also elected. Before reaching this stage, many public objections were reflected in the many judicial reviews related to the Law on Regional Elections and the Law on General Elections. This is because both laws leave many problems. This research has a problem: first, what are the evaluation results for the dispute resolution of the 2024 general election to improve it? Second, what are the challenges faced in the 2024 simultaneous elections? The research method used is normative. The results obtained by this study are the challenges faced. Elections are increasingly complex due to many factors. In addition to the increasing number of residents, more and more ballot papers are needed, and election organizers must further improve performance to achieve the expected results, let alone face the digital era. Another challenge is elections during the covid pandemic. Evaluation of dispute resolution shows that the handling of election disputes in the Constitutional Court is not always getting better, so the next step must involve all elements.
