Abstract
Corn starch or maize starch is one of agro-industrial products from that can be generated by means of wet milling of corn kernels. Corn starch has been widely used in various industries such and food, beverage, pharmaceitical, and ethanol. The problem often faced is that goverment still has to import maize starch from other countries to meet domestic demand. The purpose this paper is to provide information about the processing of corn starch. The Method used library research and analyzed descriptively. It is concluded that the process of the corn to be corn starch is very simple and can be done many people so it can add to increase the value of the corn
