Novels, particularly English novels, are popular among readers. There are various types of speech acts in the novel that are interesting to read. This research focuses on the translation techniques used on speech acts uttered in Rick Riordan's novel The Heroes of Olympus: The Lost Hero. The use of speech acts, translation techniques, translation quality, and a qualitative descriptive approach are all examined in this study.
