Abstract

This study is to analyze how much influence Transformational Leadership, Communication, and Discipline have on Employee Performance and Their Impact on Company Performance. This research study was conducted on employees of Bank Muamalat Jakarta Head Office. Bank Muamalat is a banking company based on Islamic sharia principles. The data used is primary data by conducting direct interviews and filling out questionnaires to 154 employees of Bank Muamalat Jakarta Head Office. The collected data was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) test. The results of the analysis show that Transformational Leadership, Communication, and Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance with a Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 62.5%. It is proven that Transformational Leadership, Communication and Discipline have a positive effect on Employee Performance. And it was also found that the influence of employee performance on company performance with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 40.7% proved that employee performance had a positive effect on company performance.
