Abstract

Gross working capital is the total current assets of a company, while net working capital is current assets minus current liabilities. Working capital is very important and has important role for the smoothness of company operation which is finally shown for the achievement of company’s profit. With sufficient working capital, a company can work so efficiently that it can obtain maximum profit therefore it is necessary to make measurement to know whether it can influence to the company’s profit. Earning power can be used as a measurement tool and defined as ability of capital invested in all assets to obtain profit for company. So Earning power is ability of invested in all assets to obtain assets and profit for all investors or bond holder and stock holder.
